Research is an integral part of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a global nonprofit that seeks to advance the understanding, practice and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. Dr. William (Bill) Gentry, a senior research associate at CCL, will talk about his involvement in different research projects including global and cross-cultural leadership research, different managerial skills and competencies needed in today's work environment,
and managerial derailment. This talk will also give examples of the applicability and dissemination of CCL research, how research informs CCL programs, and how CCL programs inform research.
