Deirdre Snyder is a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Behavior at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School. Her research explores an individual’s prosocial and deviant behavior through lab and field studies of employee voice and innovation, power and status, ethical decision making, and emotions. She is a member of the Academy of Management's OB and Research Methods Divisions and the Society for Judgment and Decision Making. She has presented her work at the annual meetings for Academy of Management and Judgment and Decision Making.
Deirdre received a B.S. in Management Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo, receiving honors as the top student in management. She has a Masters of International Business from the University of South Carolina where she focused on marketing and Spanish. Deirdre spent over 10 years working in employee communications, change management, and public relations. She has lived and worked in Spain, Mexico and Argentina.
