I am a fourth-year Operations Ph.D. student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. My research interests lie in the area of retail operations. Specifically, I focus on two issues in retail operations: 1) Examine the role of labor in driving store performance and 2) Understand the customers' behavior in store and its impact on store operations. I hold Masters of Science in Logistics, Service and Operations Management (LSOM) and Bachelors of Business Administration from the Korea University Business School.
